Lost or damaged goods
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please Contact Us within 12 working days of placing your order so that we may assist you.

Signature required on delivery. If you're not in when our couriers first try to deliver, they will leave a card. Please follow the instructions on the card to arrange a redelivery of your order. We cannot deliver to a PO Box using this service. Our couriers typically deliver Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you are a consumer, you have the statutory right to change your mind and return items purchased. You have 14 days after your order is delivered to return items.
Please ensure you complete the returns form sent with your order and enclose this with your return. Your items must be returned within 14 days and must be in their original shoe boxes and show no signs of use or damage. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the goods do not meet this standard.
- Returns postage fees are at your own cost.
- We will provide you with a refund for the item(s) within 14 days of our receipt.
- If you paid a delivery charge and are returning your order in full, we will also refund the standard delivery charge to you. Please note that if you have used one of our quicker delivery options, we will only refund the standard delivery charge.
- All refunds will be issued in accordance with your original payment method. Please allow up to 6 business days for the refund to show in your account from the time it was processed.

Please get in touch with Customer Services and send through a photo of the fault. Our team will take care of you and manage the returns process. We reserve the right to assess the condition and age of the returned goods prior to offering an exchange, discount voucher, refund or repair.

Please go back to the store that you purchased the product through and follow their returns process.
